For the days that move too fast to notice much of anything.
Not a system. Not a challenge. Not something to fall behind on. A 28-day reflection practice, structured enough to give you somewhere to start, open enough to make it yours.
The first print run is limited. This is where you'll hear first.
These cover images are renders, not photographs. The Intentions Journal hasn't gone to print yet, once it has, we'll replace these with the real thing. The interior pages shown are different: they're the actual journal content, exactly as it will appear in print.
Start any day. Miss days, come back, pick up where you are. The journal keeps no schedule for you.
Six themed days and a closure day, repeating across four weeks. A shape you can feel without having to think about it.
Two short moments a day: a prompt to open it, a prompt to close it. Use one, or both.
Every prompt is built around three ideas the research keeps returning to: awareness, reflection, and a sense of agency.
The shape of it
The journal runs for 28 days, four weeks of the same gentle rhythm. Six of each week's days carry a theme, a direction for your attention. The seventh closes the week, a chance to look back before you move on. Nothing escalates, nothing demands. The rhythm is there so you don't have to decide what to reflect on every day. You show up and follow it.
Seven themes
Each day leans toward one theme. They aren't assignments, or moods you're told to be in. They're starting points, a direction for your attention on a given day.
Arriving before you begin. Noticing where you are, how you feel, what you need.
A day for questions. Following what genuinely interests you, not what you think should.
The day you stop pushing. Meeting yourself with the kindness you'd offer someone you love.
Stepping back to see your life from a little further away.
Turning toward the people around you, and the places you feel at home.
Catching the quiet shifts, the small moments that land differently than they might have before.
Every seventh day, a pause to ask what the week meant, and what you want to carry forward.
More than prompts
The daily rhythm sits inside a fuller book: an introduction that sets the tone and shows you how to use it, a gentle onboarding so the first day isn't a cold start, a monthly reflection to gather the month before the next begins, a simple habit tracker for the things you want to keep an eye on, back pages for the curious where the thinking behind the journal lives, and quotes threaded throughout for company along the way.
For someone else
Some people pick this up for themselves. Others notice someone they love could use a little more room to breathe, and bring it to them instead. Either way, the journal asks the same quiet thing of whoever opens it: just a few honest minutes, a page at a time.
Honest about it
The Intentions Journal is a structured reflection practice. It isn't a productivity system, isn't therapy, and isn't a guarantee that anything transforms. What you get from it depends on you, and on the week you're having.
What it is: a quiet, consistent way of turning toward yourself. We think that's enough.
